L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion

I bought this mascara from talk of the similarity of Givenchy Phenomen' Eyes mascara. The L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion mascara is a "copy" of the $29.50 mascara. Both has a round, sphere at the tip of the wand and what looks like spikes coming off of the ball. Strange isn't it?

Although this product is pretty old on the market, I would like to give a quick review and my thoughts and experiences on this mascara. May we begin, shall we?

I remember my first thought when I bought this and began trying is on is how the separation of the lashes of pretty good. It really didn't have great volume, but I didn't mind, I was just trying it on. After a few tries, I've became aware of the clumpiness of the application. The wand was covered in the formula, the sphere became gooey and gross, and my lashes became a victim of clump fever. It was beyond what I expected my first swipe of the Telescopic Explosion.

Did I like it?
Honestly, I did not like it. Yes, it is a drugstore mascara, but the clumpiness just killed the potential of this product can conduct.

Will you buy it again?
As you can tell from the previous question, no, I won't buy it again. Buying drugstore makeup products, it's a hit-or-miss item. You will love it or you won't.

Do you recommend it to anyone?
No, unless if anyone likes hardcore clumpy mascara, then yeah, go ahead and buy it. Your call.
But no, I do not recommend it to anybody.

Overall, the dupe version of the Givenchy Phenomen' Eyes mascara is a no-no. But I might say, it is okay. It isn't the worse mascara and not the best as well. Although, I didn't enjoy this product, someone else might love it. So, don't count on me for your experiences on the L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion. This is just my thoughts on it.

Thanks for viewing. Comment on your thoughts on the Telescopic Explosion. Until the next time we meet again, bye.

Peter Pan

Peter pan. I'm not talking about the Peter Pan cartoon character who woos Wendy and her brothers to go off "flying" to "Neverland" where they don't grow up and they meet a vicious pirate and so forth and so forth. No. I'm talking about the clothing... peter pan collared clothes? Yep. So peter pan collared tunics, dresses, tops are my fave. But, in case you have no idea what they are, let me give you a little definition of it:

"A Peter Pan collar is a specific type of shirt collar, usually found on women's and girl's clothing..."
Click here to read some more of what a peter pan collar is and how it was named (you can probably guess!).

Although their quite not popular here in the States, I absolutely adore them. Since peter pan clothing are well-known in the UK, I like browsing through websites like New Look, Asos, and Topshop to see the various peter pan clothing items. Why do I love them so much? Well, peter pan clothing are so modern as well as chic-which I like. Pair it with a high-waisted skirt, and it will make the outfit very classy and indie. You can also wear it with some jeans for a more casual look. Peter pan is so versatile. That's why I'm in love with it.

Here, I'm sampling various items that I love and that are also cheap:

New Look

Forever 21

All the New Look items that I showed you are kids/teen wear. So if you are of a teen, well lucky you. I wish they have it in larger sizes or the same copy in women's wear. The two Forever 21 pieces showed are just two out of a few that the store has. And those two are the only ones that I liked. The others don't seem fit with my cup of tea.

I looked at several other online stores that either doesn't have them, they aren't quite flattering, or they are way off my clothing budget (I'm talking to you Topshop). So five items listed here are cheap for an average American household and they are sure are cute!

All items listed are $10-$25. The three peter pan tops from New Look are 7 pounds (in Euro), which are about ten dollars in US terms. If you want to see how much it cost in your currency, you can always google it online.

There is one peter pan dress from Asos that I found that is just on the $25 dollar range that I want to include. Just click on "Asos" for the link.

So until then, I'll see you soon. And let me know what you think of peter pan collared clothing!
